Shipping & returns

At GASSION, we put as much care into sending your order as into creating our jewellery.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free in mainland France, with no minimum order.

Every order is prepared with care in its GASSION box, then sent to the address given when you ordered.

Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email allowing you to track it.

For deliveries outside mainland France, shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receipt of your order to tell us you wish to return your piece.

To make a return, contact us at hello@gassion.fr quoting your order number. We will send you the return instructions.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend returning your order with a tracking number and keeping your proof of postage.

Return conditions

The piece must be returned with care and must not have been worn beyond what is necessary to try it on. Where possible, please return it in its original GASSION box and packaging.

Personalised pieces, or pieces made specially to your request, cannot be returned where the legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, the refund will be issued within the legal time limits, to the payment method used for your order.

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or if there was an error in your order, contact us at hello@gassion.fr: we will tell you what to do and will cover the return when it is our responsibility.
