What materials do you use?
GASSION jewellery is made from brass, then finished with 3-micron 14k gold plating or silver plating, depending on the piece. A protective e-coating completes the finish to preserve its shine and extend the life of the plating.
What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a stone known for its exceptional brilliance, its intense fire and its great hardness. At GASSION we chose it for its light and for the way it lifts our jewellery every day.
How do I care for my GASSION piece?
To preserve its shine, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and household products wherever possible. When you are not wearing it, keep your piece in its box, away from damp. A soft cloth is all you need to clean it gently.
Can I shower or swim wearing my jewellery?
Even though our pieces have careful plating and a protective e-coating, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or going into a pool or the sea, to preserve the finish for as long as possible.
How do I choose my ring size?
Our rings come in French sizes 46, 48, 50, 52 and 54 depending on the model. You can measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you perfectly, or wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger and measure its length in millimetres: 48 mm corresponds to size 48. Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free in mainland France, with no minimum order. For all other destinations, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my piece?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to tell us you wish to return an item, in line with our returns policy. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or where we made an error preparing your order.
How do I make a return?
Write to us at hello@gassion.fr quoting your order number. We will send you the instructions. We recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@gassion.fr, quoting your order number and attaching a few photographs of the piece and its packaging. We will find the right solution with you.
Where is GASSION jewellery made?
Our jewellery is made by a specialist workshop, chosen for the quality of its expertise, its finishes and its stone setting. Our workshop is a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).
How is the jewellery packaged?
Every GASSION piece is carefully presented in its GASSION box and packaging, ready to be given… or kept.
